Owner's Engineering Services for a roof-mounted PV Project, Taiwan

The client is in the process of evaluating a commercial scale roof-mounted PV project. Fichtner is therefore appointed as the technical consultant to support reviews of the EPC’s technical specification and the designs, to perform the on-site inspection and to witness the commissioning and acceptance testing. The identified issues and defects are reported and discussed with the EPC contractor for rectification.

  • provided second opinion on the design and drawings delivered by the EPC;
  • witnessed the final commissioning tests;
  • inspected the system installation.
