Engineering and Project Management Assistance for the Retrofitting and Upgrade of the Muzha Incineration Plant, Taiwan

After more than 20 years of operation the Muzha refuse incineration plant required a retrofit during the continuing operation. Due to increased heating value of waste and more stringent emission standards, the retrofit must address these new requirements regarding waste treatment and flue gas cleaning. Fichtner was contracted by the EPC contractor to support him with engineering and project management services from proposal preparation throughout commissioning.
