Marubeni was in the process of M&A for the PV portfolio of Chenya Energy, which includes the 181 MWp off-shore floating PV plant in Changhua among other floating and ground-mounted type projects. Fichtner has provided technical due diligence services for the Project. Thanks to Fichtner’s interdisciplinary capabilities, challenges on this unique project such as the offshore location with its harsh weather conditions were successfully dealt with.
